My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I started with fitz fittness on May 9th 2023 ..I have learned so much in the almost 6 weeks I have been on this journey to a healthier lifestyle, before this I've felt helpless in my head I  wanted to work out and go for walks and be physically more active and lose weight the right way  but did not know where to start and had no clue about working out and eating right ..i always would feel like i would do it wrong and had the mind set of " whats the point if I look how I do and felt the way I did and always negative   "  then I came across a fitz fitness and he gave me all pointers and was right there whenever I had questions or concerns and pointed me in the right direction everytime  , i know things now  I've never known before especially with portion control and knowing how important it is that's its not exactly what I'm eating it's how much or how less  and healthier options and that getting on a normal sleep schedule is so healthy  and just going for a  walk and getting fresh air helps with  mental health  and I've learned that I LOVE excersie and really blew my mind with how I struggled with some things felt like I'd never be able to and then one  day I could  it was an awesome feeling  and I also have a better mind set on alot of things and out looks  and that's all thanks to matt his postive attitude and support  and all his  help pushed me in the right direction for a healthier lifestyle

I wanted to share my experience with Fitz's Fitness because it has had a significant impact on my fitness journey. From the moment I started working with Matt, I knew I was in good hands. He not only provided guidance but also showed genuine care and support.
Before joining the program, I had a fear of calories, and I was always worried about consuming too many. However, Matt helped me overcome this fear by me on the importance of a balanced diet and proper nutrition. To my surprise, I started losing weight even when I increased my calorie intake by 1000. It was eye-opening and completely changed my perspective.
One of the things I appreciate most about Fitz's Fitness is how he reignited my love for lifting weights. Through personalized training programs, I regained my passion for strength training. He understood my goals and tailored the workouts to suit my needs.
Regular check-ins and open communication have been key in my progress. Matt reached out to me, providing guidance, answering my questions, and offering support. Even when I had to pause my coaching for a few weeks due to personal issues, Matt continued to check in with me to see if I was okay. There was never any pressure to resume until I was ready, and that understanding and compassion meant a lot to me.
The app used by Fitz's Fitness is intuitive and helpful for tracking workouts and meals. It streamlined the entire process and made it easy for me to stay on top of my progress. I've worked with several coaches in the past, but none have been as attentive and supportive as the team at Fitz's Fitness.

I can’t say enough about Matthew online Coaching. The Nutrition plan was great! I I never felt Restricted. I did not have to give up any food groups or my favourites foods! The workouts  where good. I would have not pushed myself with out him and you don’t even need a gym membership. He was quick to answer and questions I had. I highly recommend it to someone just starting on the fitness Journey or Struggling to meet theirs Goals.

Just want to give a shout out to @fitzs_fitness_24 Thank you for all your guidance along my journey. Working with Matt has been the best choice I have made.Quick back story. I had been dealing with a pre-existing neck/shoulder area. The doctors gave me meds and told me to stop doing things that triggered my pain. After feeling miserable for close to a year I started seeing Physio and Chiro every two weeks. My progress was very slow. Finally my doctor told me I need to build muscles around my neck to help alleviate my pain. At that point I had gained weight and loss muscle mass.I was ready to get back to feeling healthy and being active. So with approval from my Physio I began to do workouts Matt designed. I changed my way of eating to match his plan and I haven’t looked back. I was able to join this years curling season half way through. Something I had written off. I was a let o stop the medications and Chiro & Physio appointments. I feel stronger and much better about my appearance. I may move slower than some and have pain but it isn’t stopping me like it was before.

When I started my weight loss journey with Matt I was a bit skeptical after our first meeting because he wanted me eating more than what I was eating but that quickly changed… He taught me so much from what my body needs like needing to eat more calories to fuel your body but also eating the proper amounts of protein carbs and fat… Matt did all the mind work.. He set the calories calculated the proper amounts for protein carbs and fats for my daily consumption.. Matt also put together all my workouts and when they needed to be changed up he was right there to listen and switch it up for what I was wanting.. He was with me every step of the way for the ups and downs available 24/7 always checking in making sure I wasn’t struggling even on my days when I would eat poorly he was still motivating and didn’t make me feel bad about eating poorly… I’m so thankful for all the hard work that Matt put in with me and I’m so excited with all my results.. He taught me that it’s not all about the scale… During my time with Matt I lost 20 and many inches… I’m so very thankful and have taken so many new habits from our journey… So if your struggling and need the one on one to help you get to your goals then Matt’s the guy for you.. to anyone struggling like I was to get started and where to start and how to keep going matt has been top notch for a fitness coach for me and my wife he has tons of plans to suit your needs always available when you message and always has a answer for your questions his app helps keep you right on track tons of meals to choose from to never leave you stuck I've been through a few trainers and he has been the best help I've gotten im down alot of weight and feel better all thanks to this guy he puts the effort in same as you should highly recommended
